New TV spot!
My yesterday started early (in the 5's) and ended with a wrap on a national Dove spot featuring miss Jenny Garth, who is as lovely and charming in real life as her 90210 persona. Wardrobing her involved teamwork in making powerful choices between plum and black sequins, fully weighing the consequences of both. After that, I spent many hours staring at a monitor, vigilantly guarding against stray lint or a renegade bra strap. We received a brief mid-day reprieve from craft services in the form of filet mignon or salmon and other delightful treats. Then back to hard at it, but with star and staff growing progressively sillier, stir-crazed and more entertaining. Maybe it's the repetition that brainwashed me, but I can't wait to try new Dove's VisibleCare bodywash. Twelve hours after it all began, we packed it in and, with a big thank you, left in a whirl of shoe pads and safety pins. I can't help but think, is this what it's like to love work?
