Quotes of the week:

"Don't spend time beating on a wall, trying to transform it into a door." - Coco Chanel.
That feisty little lady summed up my sentiments after another long week, one that included plenty of time to contemplate and come to some realizations.

"Risk is intrinsically at the heart of the imaginative pursuit. It means you are doing something you don't fully understand. Risk is necessary to do good work." - Milton Glaser
I've liked this one for years...sometimes the best results come when you throw yourself out there, perhaps out of a little desperation (as a friend so poignantly acknowledged).

"Hey! If you were a hot dog...and you were starving, would you eat yourself?" - Will Ferrel as Harry Caray on SNL. Wrote this one on the board at work for some guaranteed levity. Funniest thing ever, and I do a pretty spot on impression too.
